Revokes the provider refresh token for Xero and QuickBooks Online, removes the locally usable credential, and marks the connection DISABLED. Business Central and Odoo have no equivalent delegated OAuth grant, so their connection is disabled locally and its stored credential is removed. Reconnecting updates the existing row.
