How usage is counted
Section titled “How usage is counted”- One invoice is one unit, whatever its page count or format.
- Free history allowance. Every new workspace can scan 500 invoices of history, across any number of scans, whether it subscribes before or after. History rows do not count toward a paid plan’s monthly allowance.
- Page allowance on free workspaces. Free workspaces can also analyze 25 PDF or image pages. XML e-invoices use an invoice unit but no pages.
- Over the allowance. Paid plans continue past their monthly allowance at a per-invoice overage rate.

Owners manage the subscription in Settings → Billing & usage. Downgrading from Scale or Enterprise revokes API keys and stops webhook delivery; existing webhook endpoints are kept so they resume after an upgrade.
